values? Those key principles recognised by societies and
religions worldwide as the basis upon which sound, prosperous and
balanced civilisations can be established - Respect, Compassion,
Integrity, An innate dignity of life, respect for the natural
environment...
The International Association for Human Values (IAHV) develops
and promotes programmes for personal and social development to
encourage the practice of human values in everyday life. It also
encourages voluntary service projects to support social and community needs
worldwide.
So many of the problems facing the world today arise from the
widespread breakdown of Human values. A solution to those problems
lies in the restoration of those Values. This challenge is
addressed by the IAHV.
